The journey of the founder of POSCH GROUP started 23 years ago when he left the comfort of his home and family’s business to venture out into the world. With construction skills in his blood, he joined a team of four to maintain warehouses and upgrade offices, earning just R 7,50 per hour. Despite society’s perception of his job, he knew the value of his skills and was indifferent to it.

In 2002, he realized that building in South Africa lacked the inspiration he desired and decided to apply for a working visa to study architecture in the UK to make a change in his country. Unfortunately, his dream did not come to fruition, and he returned home to help the family business. However, he soon became aware that it would not work out due to differing goals and visions. Undeterred, he made the decision to start his own business.

In 2005, he founded ‘Posch Property Maintenance,’ he then incorporated the proven method of Full Turnkey Projects to cater to the needs of his clients. He renamed the company to ‘The Posch Group,’ inspired by two events in his life. One was his venture in the UK, where the patois of exclusive and luxury was regarded as POSH. Through hard work and perseverance, he gained reputable corporate clients and completed multi-millionrand projects. However, he did not forget his roots, and his philanthropic heart supports many charity organizations, fighting poverty and giving back to communities. He also partnered with a well-known structural engineer to create a company called Caltre, which provides professional property consulting to various clients.
